The Annual Plan is a prospect of the Events you plan to host over a year.
The Annual Plan shall be submitted by September 30th of the previous year (e.g. C&C [Country] Annual Plan 2019 shall be submitted by 30th September 2018.)
Cars & Coffee Events all over the world are the Brand’s core and signature. They must therefore all be aligned to the same standards of quality.
Here follows a list of basic requirements any C&C Event shall meet in order to be approved, publicly announced and promoted.
50 is the minimum number of Dreamcar required to hold a Cars & Coffee Event. This also applies to C&C Meetings.

Any C&C Event requires the direct involvement of at least one high-end and well-established Car Dealership.
A sponsorship or partnership deal with a car dealership is fundamental to secure the number and level of the cars attending the event.
The sponsorship/partnership agreement shall include a commitment from the dealer’s behalf to invite their client database to the Event.
Although Dealerships are the most recommended partners to get involved with their client base, you should also consider high-end and well-established Cars Clubs, Wrappers, Detailers.
150€ per car* is the minimum price to be set for each event.
You are free to distribute the amount between Driver and Co-Driver at your own discretion
*this requirement does not apply to charity events and to free C&C Meetings.
2.500€ per event is the minimum recommended fee for a basic sponsorship agreement and related activation.
If your C&C Event is included in a Global Sponsorship Plan, you will receive the Standard Activation List and instructions on how to implement it with the local sponsor referent.
DO NOT proceed with any Activation Item that is NOT included in the Standard Activation List. If any Extra Activation Item were offered to you by the Global Sponsor, please redirect their offer to the C&C HQ.
The event proposal is a full overview of your Event Production Plan for the C&C HQ to review and approve.

The Event Proposal is an absolute requirement and must be submitted at least 4 months prior the event.
You will not be able to host your C&C event if you fail to submit the Event Proposal by due date.
Following your C&C Event, you will receive an Event Report Request at your @cars.coffee email address.
