Event Post-Production

Once your Cars & Coffee event is over, follow the instruction to wrap your event up and get ready for the next one

Venue and set up material

Make sure to collect and remove all Cars & Coffee material from the event venue(s). With regards to Sponsored Material, make sure your sponsor gets their material back as agreed (if provided).

Due payments

We are an efficient and reliable company: missing or delayed payment to our service providers are not in our style, and will not be tolerated.

Post-event communication

• Send out a thanksgiving newsletter to event participants.
• Collect and review photo/video material from your professional photographer.
• Update your C&C Social Media channels with graphic and descriptive posts on the event (Social Media Guidelines).

Event report

Tell us how the event went and your observations.

To this end, you will receive from us a link soon after the event.

Note: submission of Event Evaluation is an absolute requirement.
